How to tie it
- Tie a small loop in each line (use a Surgeon's Loop or Figure-of-Eight).
- Pass the loop of the leader through the loop of the mainline.
- Thread the entire leader (including hook/fly) through its own loop.
- Pull both lines apart - the loops interlock.
- To disconnect, reverse the process.
