The parts, top to bottom
- No.6-8 slick elastic
- Loop to pole tip - Mainline 0.14 mm, 22 in between the pole tip and the float
- 4x12 (0.2 g) carbon float - The same depth as the 0.4 g deck rig but taking half the shot
- 3 x No.10 spread through half the rig - Evenly spaced, through half the rig or a little more. With the two No.11 droppers the shotting is 0.18 g on a 0.2 g float
- 2 x No.11 bottom droppers - Moved off the hooklength to slow the fall
- Loop-to-loop, 6 in or 8 in hooklength - 0.10 mm
- Size 18 fine wire, single maggot

- Three-rig ladder on one line: 4x14 float on a long lash for the deck, 4x12 for 3-4 ft, 4x10 for 1-1.5 ft with the stem cut down.
- Positive caster line: 0.5 g carbon stem, 0.10 mm hooklength, size 18, solid elastic.
